DreamBuilder Eligibility Criteria
Our comprehensive eligibility requirements are designed to be inclusive while ensuring program success. Review each category to understand what's needed to qualify.
Credit Requirements
- Minimum credit score of 580 (lower scores considered case-by-case)
- One tradeline with at least 12 months satisfactory history
- Alternative credit sources accepted (utility bills, rent payments)
- No more than 2 late payments in the last 12 months

- Stable income source with ability to make payments
