DreamBuilder Eligibility Criteria

Our comprehensive eligibility requirements are designed to be inclusive while ensuring program success. Review each category to understand what's needed to qualify.

Credit Requirements

  • Minimum credit score of 580 (lower scores considered case-by-case)
  • One tradeline with at least 12 months satisfactory history
  • Alternative credit sources accepted (utility bills, rent payments)
  • No more than 2 late payments in the last 12 months

  • Stable income source with ability to make payments
