Homebuyer Eligibility

The DreamBuilder program is designed to serve a wide range of borrowers, including those with non-traditional situations.

  • ITIN Holders (May not have an SSN) – Individual Taxpayer Identification Number
  • DACA Individuals
  • Self-employed borrowers with a higher DTI
  • Loan declined by an agency or government lender
  • U.S. Citizens
  • Permanent Resident Aliens
  • Non-Permanent Resident Aliens, including ITIN and DACA

Credit Requirements

  • One (1) tradeline with at least 12 months satisfactory history
  • Alternative credit may be acceptable
  • No more than 2 late payments in the last 12 months
  • Credit score of 580 or higher preferred
  • Lower credit scores considered case-by-case
