Homebuyer Eligibility
The DreamBuilder program is designed to serve a wide range of borrowers, including those with non-traditional situations.
- ITIN Holders (May not have an SSN) – Individual Taxpayer Identification Number
- DACA Individuals
- Self-employed borrowers with a higher DTI
- Loan declined by an agency or government lender
- U.S. Citizens
- Permanent Resident Aliens
- Non-Permanent Resident Aliens, including ITIN and DACA
Credit Requirements
- One (1) tradeline with at least 12 months satisfactory history
- Alternative credit may be acceptable
- No more than 2 late payments in the last 12 months
- Credit score of 580 or higher preferred
- Lower credit scores considered case-by-case
